This is a wall hanger style of tan - perfect for trappers, hunters or anyone looking to tan a fur for decoration. Our leathers are soft and flexible with thoroughly combed fur.
Our synthetic tans were developed for taxidermists and craftsmen looking for a high quality, pliable tan with optimal stretch.
Wet tan
Salting & Fleshing
We offer a convenient skinning service designed to help keep taxidermists putting mounts out the door quickly. For an additional fee, we will turn, split and salt your raw, frozen hides before sending them through the tanning process.
Bond Tannery & Fur Dressing is a family-owned and operated tannery based out of South Utah County. Owner, Van, is an experienced taxidermist and outdoorsman who knows what trappers, hunters and taxidermists are looking for when it comes to a quality tan. Van prides himself in quality work, good communication and quick turnaround times. Beginning the fall of 2024, Bond Tannery & Fur Dressing will establish a pickup route and begin picking up hides from clients all across the State of Utah.
